2. Services Offered

We provide legal support services specifically tailored for real estate professionals in Canada, including consultations, document preparation, compliance advice, and ongoing legal support.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You agree not to misuse our services or engage in illegal activity using our platform.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account access details.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be disclosed clearly before you confirm a purchase. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for fixed-fee services, provided no legal work has been initiated.
• For ongoing subscriptions or retainers, cancellation is possible at any time, with a pro-rated refund for unused services, excluding administrative fees.
• No refunds are offered once custom legal services or document preparation has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for breach of these terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our services, including documentation, contracts, templates, and training materials, are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Realtor Expert Up or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or suitable for every situation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
